The result showed that 41 patients was 65,85% male and 34,15% female. Distribution of ages was 60,97% 1-12 month, 24,38% 1-3 years old, 4,88% 0-1 month, 4,88% 3-5 years old and 5-18 years old, respectively. Combination of two antibiotics was commonly used is ampicillin iv/po+cloxacillin iv/po (13,46%) and cloxacillin iv+ceftriaxon iv (5,77%). Another drug's pattern of therapy was unknown because another drug's data in medical record patient was uncomplete. There are 2 interaction antibiotic-antibiotic. 56,1% patient received regimentation antibiotic's dose as may literature and 43,9% patient received regimentation antibiotic's underdose.</note>
